Ahmed Jahanzeb

Ahmed Jahanzeb is a renowned Pakistani pop singer and composer, famously known as AJ and Wonderboy. He began his musical career at the age of just 8, making a significant impact with his early records. Ahmed is one of the few artists in Pakistan trained in classical music, which reflects in his soulful, slow songs that touch the hearts of his listeners. His classical music journey began under the guidance of the legendary Ustad Rais Khan, who made him his pupil in a special ceremony called Rasm-e-Gandha Bandhi in 1988. This ceremony, one of its kind in Pakistan, was attended by celebrities, dignitaries, and media, marking an important milestone in Ahmed’s musical career.
